We're looking for a Volunteer Program Manager and help implement Mozaics, our case management platform built for homelessness-serving and social sector organizations. You’ll coordinate onboarding and rollout with partner agencies, gather and prioritize feedback from frontline staff, and keep our volunteer and staff teams aligned on timelines and goals. This role suits an organized, relationship-focused person with project or program management experience who wants to strengthen the tools community organizations rely on, and who values working respectfully alongside Indigenous-led partners.

We're looking for a Volunteer Data & Systems Specialist and help configure and maintain Mozaics, our Canadian-hosted case management platform for homelessness-serving and social sector organizations. You’ll configure data structures, workflows, forms, and reports, support data migration for new partners, and help keep the system secure, reliable, and aligned with privacy requirements. This role suits someone with experience in databases, no-code/low-code platforms, or systems administration who cares about responsible data practices, including Canadian privacy law and Indigenous data sovereignty principles like OCAP®.

We are looking for a volunteer product designer to help shape Mozaics, our case management platform, and PathFind, our community resource navigation app. You'll directly benefit the helpers working in the social services sector and the community members they serve every day. Figma experience is preferred but not required.

We are looking for a volunteer website designer who has a heart for ending chronic homelessness. Wix experience is preferred but not required.
